Why do you show “from” prices?
Every engagement is scoped to your situation. The figures shown are typical starting points so you can judge fit before we speak; we confirm a fixed quote after a free discovery call.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. The first consultation and the written proposal that follows are free of charge.
Are cloud and model costs included?
Infrastructure and third-party API costs are billed directly to your accounts, so you keep full visibility and control. We help you estimate and optimise them.
Can we start small and expand?
Yes. Many clients start with a one-week Evaluation or a two-week Proof of Concept, then move to a Starter pilot and Growth once results are proven. Fees from earlier phases can be credited against the next one.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically 30-day terms, with project fees split across milestones and retainers invoiced monthly in advance.
